CERTIFIED GAS MIXTURES / STANDARDS

We have access to a wide variety of calibration gas standards or certified gas mixtures. Cylinders can be sold outright reducing the overall cost of using calibration gases as no rental charges are accumulated during the lifetime of the gas.

Calibration gas standards are critical for the verification of any analysis and are the basis of any reference point.  Having a known concentration, certified to specific ISO standard, allows any process to be traceable to international standards.  From simple processes, such as calibrating a handheld analyser, through to complex multi component analysis, we can supply the correct calibration gases to suit your applications with independent laboratory certification.

Southern Gas Services is pleased to announce a new supplier relationship with Clear Gas Australia. Clear Gas Pty Ltd, a family-owned company, manufacturing calibration gas mixtures in disposable cylinders. They are committed to providing reliable, fast, and affordable service.

Below are samples of our most popular certified gas standard cylinder sizes.  They normally ship in a cardboard carton of 12 cylinders as a standard order however, individual cylinders can be ordered as required.  Due to the nature of the cylinder certification and shelf life, cylinders are not held in stock.  Therefore a manufacturing and transportation leadtime is to be expected when ordering these products.

Due to the complexity and variability of calibration gas standards we cannot list every mixture available so we would suggest you contact us directly with your exact requirements.

CALIBRATION GAS CYLINDERS:

Various cylinder sizes are available for outright purchase.

For larger size regular calibration gas mixtures we have available:

– 5 L Water Capacity (700 L usable gas @ 140 Bar)

– 20 L Water Capacity (2800 L usable gas @ 140 Bar)

For standard calibration gas mixture (most popular size):

– 1.7 L Water Capacity (116 L usable gas @ 68 Bar)

For smalller regular gas mixtures”:

– 0.85 L Water Capacity (58 L usable gas @ 68 Bar)

For flammable gas mixtures:

– 1 L Water Capacity (69 L usable gas @ 68 Bar)
